Peter is Director of the Investigations Division. He has spent 25 years in the commercial environment as founder of ' Risk Management Group Limited' specialising in investigations and providing risk management solutions to the commercial sector.
As a former senior detective he spent thirteen years specialising in the criminal intelligence and threat assessment areas. In 1996 he qualified as a Certified Fraud Examiner, (CFE). Peter is deeply involved in the Thoroughbred Racing industry and is on the Board of The Waikato Racing Club.

Jim combines more than 30 years’ experience in technical, laboratory and QM management with seven years as a moderator for NZITO in Dairy, Health & Safety and Management for both pre and post moderation. His management expertise in a Private Training Establishment and spell with an ITO gives him a unique view of both sides of training. Jim holds qualifications as a Chemist, in Adult Education, Occupational Health & Safety, and Adult Education and has recently completed a Certificate In Adult Literacy Education.

Chris joined RMG over 6 years ago and is a valuable member of our team. Chris was with the Department of Corrections for numerous years both in England and New Zealand. He spent time as a Senior Corrections officer as well as Northern Regional Dog Handler. Whilst working for Corrections he was involved in ‘train a trainer’ and the race relations board.

Guy has a long career in the food industry, from a fry cook in hospitality kitchens during school years, to the other side of meat processing for 15 years, where he worked in most departments from load out of freezers to slaughterman. From there Guy spent 15 years in the dairy processing sector in a number of supervisory, food safety, learning and development teams and documentation development roles. Much of this time Guy was also an on job trainer and workplace assessor.
Guys passion for training got him involved with industry training and he spent 6 years as a key account manager for dairy processing within an ITO helping clients develop training programmes to suit their business and staff. Guy’s qualifications include a Diploma Dairy Technology, NC in Adult Education L4, NC in First Line management L4, Quality Auditing and he is a Qualified instructor for Meat Industry Training Board.

Lyn is the manager of literacy and numeracy programmes, bringing to the role extensive experience developing and delivering TEC funded workplace L&N programmes throughout New Zealand and across a range of sectors. She also brings to the role her experience as an educator and editor of professional publications.

He is a professional director with a Joint Honours in Economics and Modern Languages, an MBA majoring in International Business and Marketing and over 30 years commercial experience in more than a dozen countries, Tony is equally at home developing a Business Plan for a local retailer or undertaking a comprehensive strategic audit for a major Corporate. He has been a registered teacher, senior University lecturer and creator and presenter of countless commercial training programmes.
