Strategic Audits & Business Plans & Market Research

 

Using the well-proven S.W.O.T (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat) approach, the Strategic Audit process provides the basic information building blocks on which to construct an effective Business Plan.  No matter if you are a Corner Dairy or Multinational Giant, the process is essentially the same.

 

How can you get there if you don’t know where you are going?  The Business Plan provides the “road map”. Our standard format plan ensures that all aspects are covered, whilst our various Spreadsheet Models make light of the numbers.

What is your charging methodology?

 

All consultancy and audit work is undertaken on a time charge basis and disbursements are invoiced to the client at cost. Hourly rates reflect the seniority of operatives involved. Wherever possible we provide an estimate of the likely cost to the client.

 

Do you work with Inland Revenue Department?

 

As registered tax practitioners we are able to deal with all taxation matters on behalf of clients and to provide full accounting services.

 

How might your consultancy and planning services benefit my small to medium sized business?

 

A typical example would be a small glazing company who came to us as a three person operation with a net worth of around $70,000. We developed a marketing strategy that quadrupled the size of the business, implemented accounting and planning processes  and then redirected excess income stream into a balance investment portfolio that now sees our client with a net worth in excess of $2,750,000.

 

Do you also work with large organisations in both the commercial and government sectors?

 

Again a couple of examples might suffice. For more than twenty years we provided financial training, IT project management and organisational restructuring programmes for one of New Zealand’s largest  City Councils as well as undertaking a total company audit and restructuring for a major international chemical company

 

Are OSH Audits in line with ACC requirements?

 

We are registered users of ACC systems and materials and are happy to work alongside ACC when required.
