The Lead Smart: Strengthening Leadership Training workshop is designed to equip team leaders and supervisors in meat processing plants with essential leadership skills tailored for this dynamic industry. This programme focuses on practical skills such as communication, delegation, problem-solving, and time management, while also integrating emotional intelligence to enhance interpersonal relationships and leadership resilience. Delivered over nine interactive sessions, participants gain tools to lead with confidence, adaptability, and integrity, fostering immediate and lasting improvements in team performance. Graduates are encouraged to continue their leadership journey through NZTI’s Foundations of Team Leadership: Pathway to Success programme, a stepping stone to the NZ Certificate in Business (Team Leadership Development) Level 3.
